Do all signatures require a Teams or Zoom meeting?

No. SignumEra supports an asynchronous signing route, subject to the same applicable authorization requirements.

No. The signer must still complete the appropriate device or identity verification required by the transaction.

Can invitations arrive by email?

Yes. The actual method is determined by available connections and the delivery result, not just the meeting type.
