SignumEra uses an enrolled phone and its local biometric or device-unlock protection to authorize signing transactions.
QR handoff
Section titled “QR handoff”When the signing screen is on another device, it may show a QR challenge to hand off authorization to the enrolled phone. Follow the on-screen phone instructions and wait for the verified result.
Opening a SignLink on the same phone
Section titled “Opening a SignLink on the same phone”If the signing flow opens on an eligible phone, the app may offer an on-device authentication path instead of showing a QR code. Availability depends on the current browser and device capabilities.
Unrecognized or unenrolled phone
Section titled “Unrecognized or unenrolled phone”The account’s Device Security area is the place to review or manage authorized devices. If a challenge fails, do not bypass the authorization step; request assistance from the ceremony owner or administrator.
