Using SignumEra in Zoom

SignumEra supports a Zoom-connected ceremony workflow where the Zoom app and necessary permissions are enabled.

Zoom-specific notes

• Meeting entry points depend on the linked Zoom environment.
• A ceremony may also proceed asynchronously without a meeting.
• Invitations may be delivered through Zoom Team Chat when the recipient can receive them, or via a configured email fallback.

If the Zoom application is unavailable or authorization has expired, the organizer may need to reconnect the integration.
