The System of Record controls where a ceremony’s final documents and evidence package are delivered or retained.
Your available destinations depend on your account and enabled integrations. Examples include a SignumEra-managed flow, Microsoft-connected storage, Clio, and Salesforce.
Before sending a contract
Section titled “Before sending a contract”- Select the intended destination where your organization makes that choice available.
- Verify access to the correct matter, folder, or record.
- Confirm the final document and evidence are associated with the intended destination.
After completion
Section titled “After completion”Check the actual delivery result in the ceremony, rather than assuming that completion implies the external integration succeeded.
