SignumEra supports document signing ceremonies in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and a browser. Some options vary by your account, role, and host platform.
Choose where you work
Section titled “Choose where you work”- Microsoft Teams: Start or return to SignumEra from your Teams installation.
- Zoom: Access the Zoom-connected SignumEra experience where enabled.
- Web: Use the browser experience and the links provided in invitations.
Typical signing workflow
Section titled “Typical signing workflow”- Open the application with your SignumEra account.
- Prepare or open the document and create a signing ceremony.
- Add the appropriate participants and select the meeting or asynchronous path.
- Send signing invitations and confirm the delivery status.
- Complete identity and device checks required for signing.
- Finish the ceremony and access the delivered documents and evidence, according to your configured System of Record.
