Sign without a meeting

Use the no-meeting route when participants will sign independently rather than during a live Teams or Zoom meeting.
Choosing the route
Section titled “Choosing the route”On the ceremony’s Meeting Options screen, use the no-meeting option (the planned label is Sign Asynchronously (No meeting)). The label may differ until the latest UX build is deployed.
What stays the same
Section titled “What stays the same”- The ceremony still uses its configured participants and signing requirements.
- Signers still need the required device and identity authorization.
- The completed document and evidence remain subject to the configured delivery and storage settings.
What changes
Section titled “What changes”Participants do not need to attend a common meeting time. Invitations and SignLinks coordinate the next steps.
