Sign without a meeting

Use the no-meeting route when participants will sign independently rather than during a live Teams or Zoom meeting.

Choosing the route

On the ceremony’s Meeting Options screen, use the no-meeting option (the planned label is Sign Asynchronously (No meeting)). The label may differ until the latest UX build is deployed.

What stays the same

• The ceremony still uses its configured participants and signing requirements.
• Signers still need the required device and identity authorization.
• The completed document and evidence remain subject to the configured delivery and storage settings.

What changes

Participants do not need to attend a common meeting time. Invitations and SignLinks coordinate the next steps.
