Getting started

SignumEra supports document signing ceremonies in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and a browser. Some options vary by your account, role, and host platform.

Choose where you work

• Microsoft Teams: Start or return to SignumEra from your Teams installation.
• Zoom: Access the Zoom-connected SignumEra experience where enabled.
• Web: Use the browser experience and the links provided in invitations.

Typical signing workflow

1. Open the application with your SignumEra account.
2. Prepare or open the document and create a signing ceremony.
3. Add the appropriate participants and select the meeting or asynchronous path.
4. Send signing invitations and confirm the delivery status.
5. Complete identity and device checks required for signing.
6. Finish the ceremony and access the delivered documents and evidence, according to your configured System of Record.

Check your ceremony

Participant permissions, host integrations, and delivery destinations depend on account configuration. Do not assume an invitation was delivered until its status confirms successful submission.
